BR Prime presents four-course dining experience for its guests with a special New Year’s Eve menu featuring entrée choices of Australian Wagyu Ribeye, Filet Mignon, South African Lobster Tail or Seared Sea Bass for $165 per person. BR Prime will be open New Year’s Eve from 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. and closed on New Year’s Day.
Stalla will offer its regular menu on New Year’s Eve from 5 p.m. – 11 p.m., with New Year’s Day Brunch from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Brunch will feature a Chilled Fresh Seafood Display, Made-to-Order Eggs and Omelets, Eggs Benedict, Gulf Shrimp & Grits, Carved Beef Tenderloin, Assorted Pastries, an Absolut Bloody Mart Cart, and Champagne Cocktails (Mimosas and Poinsettias). From 5 p.m.-10 p.m., New Year’s Day Dinner will feature Stalla’s regular menu offerings.
Jia offers its regular menu taking guests on a culinary journey with fresh sushi, Nikkei dishes, traditional Asian favorites and teppanyaki from 5 p.m. -11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. on New Year’s Day.
From 4 p.m. – 12 a.m. Terrace Café offers a Surf, Turf and Bubbles New Year’s Eve Special of a Pan Seared Petit Filet served with Broiled Cold Water Lobster Tail, Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes, Charred Broccolini and a Smooth Beurre Blanc Sauce with a glass of champagne for $45. Terrace Café is open 24/7 and will also offer its regular menu.
