Planning meetings and events for a large group can present its challenges. For years, planners have taken advantage of all we offer to assist groups with planning, promoting, and managing meetings and events. Our goal is to make your job easier and more enjoyable by providing impeccable service.
We're Coastal Mississippi's destination experts! Let our team help make planning your meeting easier. Once your RFP is received and reviewed, we will distribute your meeting requirements to facilities able to accommodate your event. Our team can assist in arranging a site visit to our destination to explore what your attendees will have the pleasure of experiencing during your meeting or conference. As the DMO for Coastal Mississippi, we will recommend off-site venues and vendors that fit your needs and wow your attendees.
Among your other planning needs, our team can craft custom, computer-generated name badges for your attendees. Coastal Mississippi visitor guides and maps can be provided, as well as additional promotional items. To promote your event, our Communications & Engagement Department can also provide you with destination images and logos, as well as story ideas and local media contacts.
