Smokin' Jo's smokes all meats served daily onsite using pecan and oak wood. All sides and BBQ sauces (different varieties) are homemade.
Meat plates feature pulled pork, a chicken quarter, sliced brisket, ribs or sausage and come with sliced Kosher pickles, sliced onions and two sides.
Ribs are sold by the rack, half rack or single rib. Pork, sausage, brisket and pulled chicken is available by the pound or half pound servings.
The kid’s menu has a chicken or pulled pork quesadilla and grilled cheese, each with one side.
