Wayans, an actor, producer, comedian, writer and film director, is commonly recognized for his role as Marcus Copeland in the comedy “White Chicks,” opposite his brother Shawn Wayans, Jamie King and Terry Crews. He also starred alongside Shawn Wayans and Regina Hall in horror comedy spoof films “Scary Movie” and “Scary Movie 2.”

Recently, Wayans filmed his first-ever stand-up comedy special which airs on Netflix. In addition to his work on “Marlon,” Wayans also stars in the hit Netflix movie “Naked.” He last starred in “Fifty Shades of Black,” which he also wrote and executive-produced, in January 2016. In 2014, Wayans starred in and produced the comedy “A Haunted House,” as well as its sequel, A Haunted House 2.”

On the small screen, Wayans hosted the NBC show “I Can Do That!,” a comedy/variety series where six celebrities are asked to put on an entertainment show with skills they didn’t even know they had. He also starred in and created the TBS comedy competition series “Funniest Wins.” In 2014, he embarked on a national comedy tour with his brothers Keenan, Damon and Shawn Wayans. This marked the first standup tour for the four Wayans Brothers in many years. He has appeared on several other popular television programs, including Fox’s “In Living Color,” Adult Swim’s “Childrens Hospital,” BET’s “Second Generation Wayans,” and The WB’s “The Wayans Bros.,” which was the highest-rated comedy on The WB.

Other notable film credits include “Mo’ Money,” “Above The Rim,” “Requiem For A Dream,” “The Ladykillers,” “Norbit” and “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.”

Performing since 1998 Sebastian's first special, Sebastian Live, was released in June 2009. His next three specials were aired on Showtime, with What's Wrong With People released on 5 January 2012, Aren't You Embarrassed?, taped in Chicago, released on 14 November 2014, and Why Would You Do That?, taped at the Beacon Theatre in New York City and released in 2016.

As of January 2017, they have a show on Sirius XM satellite radio's Raw Dog Comedy channel 99. In 2016, Maniscalco appeared on the seventh season of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.
