Seeing The Price Is Right Live is a little bit like being reunited with a childhood friend. Anyone who grew up anywhere near a TV from the early 1970s onward probably has the classic game show embedded forever in their consciousness; seeing it play out in front of you (and maybe even taking part) can be a thrillingly surreal experience. But it's much more than just a nostalgia trip.
