Lonestar has been a force on the country music scene since they made their debut in 1992. Since then, the group has released 12 studio albums and nine No. 1 hits. The group produced hit after hit throughout the 1990s and 2000s, including chart-toppers like “No News,” “Amazed,” “Smile,” “I’m Already There,” “My Front Porch Looking In” and more.
In 1999, Lonestar took home “Single of the Year” from the Academy of Country Music for “Amazed,” a song which topped the country charts and became one of only two country songs to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the 2000s. Two years later, the group was named “Vocal Group of the Year” by the Country Music Association. The group’s most recent album, “Never Enders,” features 10 new and original songs, bringing the band’s trademark sound into the contemporary arena.
Country music hitmaker Phil Vassar made his debut on the country music scene in the late 1990s, co-writing singles for several country artist. In 1999, he was named by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) as “Country Songwriter of the Year.” Vassar went on to pursue his own singing career, playing the piano and recording his own music.
Throughout his career, Vassar has released multiple chart-topping hits, including “Just Another Day in Paradise,” “In a Real Love,” “That’s When I Love You,” “Carlene,” “Last Day of My Life” and more.
