Clark rose to fame at the age of nine, singing for the troops stationed in England during World War II. Many years later, Clark moved to France where she went on to record one of her most famous hits “Downtown.” The hit won her two Grammy Awards, earning her music international success. Clark continued to record a string of Top 10 hits, including “I Know a Place,” “My Love,” “A Sign of the Times” and “Don’t Sleep in the Subway.”
In addition to her musical career, Clark has performed on her own television shows in the U.K., France and the United States. She has also starred in several movies, including “Finian’s Rainbow, as well as theater productions, including on Broadway.
Most recently, Clark has wrapped up a successful tour in the U.K. after releasing her latest album “From Now On.” Clark continues to perform in venues across the world, including the United States.
