Sharpen your culinary skills, this month Julian will be featuring his delectable shrimp and grits. Arrive early if you want to experience a from the entire process, or if you are more interested in sharing a bowl with friends, come later. We use only local seafood, and Mississippi made grits. The Maritime and Seafood Museum will be partnering with local food writer Julian Brunt for a monthly lunch and learn class featuring everyone’s favorite Cajun comfort foods.
The class will be held at 10:00 am on the third Wednesday of each month at the museum. For just $30 guest will be able to attend the entire class and stay for lunch which includes a bowl of shrimp and grits, drink and admittance into the museum. If you do not have time to attend the entire class lunch will be available at 11am for only $20. Lunch will include highlights from the class, drink and of course, the featured entree. Seats are limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
