American blues rock guitarist, singer and songwriter, Bonamassa began his career at 12 years old, opening for blues legend B.B. King. Since his time touring with B.B. King, Bonamassa has established himself as one of the premier guitar virtuosos of his generation. He has also distinguished himself as an incisive and compelling songwriter.
Bonamassa has racked up more than 16 No. 1 Billboard blues albums than any other artist in music history. His most recent studio solo album, “Blues of Desperation” released in March of 2016, landed at No. 5 on the Billboard Top Album Sales, his highest charting to date. Bonamassa has played alongside several iconic artists, including Stephen Stills, Eric Clapton, Blondie Chaplin, Foreigner, Buddy Guy, Steve Winwood, Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks.
