Johnson hit the country music scene in 2005 after being signed to BNA Records. His first single, “The Dollar,” became the title track to his 2006 debut album. After signing to Mercury Nashville just two years later, Johnson released “That Lonesome Song,” his Gold-certified album, which contained the top-10 singles “In Color” and “High Cost of Living.”
Johnson has gone on to release two more albums, 2010’s “Guitar Song” and a tribute to legend Hank Cochran titled “Living for a Song” in 2012. In addition to his own hits, Johnson has penned famous songs for George Strait, Willie Nelson, Trace Adkins and much more.
