This class is hosted by Harrah’s Gulf Coast and Magnolia House by Kelly English. Kelly English is a James Beard Award semifinalist and was named Best New Chef by Food & Wine Magazine in 2009. English’s reputation proceeds him, thanks in part two of his award-winning restaurants, Restaurant Iris and The Second Line. Both are both in Memphis, TN, and have created quite a stir on the local culinary scene. Chef Josh Mitchell leads the Magnolia House team in its daily operations, and was hand-selected and trained by English. He looks forward to wowing you with a menu “rich in flavors from Southern-Louisiana,” all taken from the Magnolia House menu.
