From Scratch Cooking, hosted by Harrah's Gulf Coast and The Magnolia House by Kelly English

This class is hosted by Harrah’s Gulf Coast and Magnolia House by Kelly English. Kelly English is a James Beard Award semifinalist and was named Best New Chef by Food & Wine Magazine in 2009. English’s reputation proceeds him, thanks in part two of his award-winning restaurants, Restaurant Iris and The Second Line. Both are both in Memphis, TN, and have created quite a stir on the local culinary scene. Chef Josh Mitchell leads the Magnolia House team in its daily operations, and was hand-selected and trained by English. He looks forward to wowing you with a menu “rich in flavors from Southern-Louisiana,” all taken from the Magnolia House menu. Come prepared for a hands on class and then enjoy a Kelly English inspired meal.
