About
Blessing of the Jeeps is a blessing from a priest that is meant to ensure a safe riding season for each Jeeper and their passengers. The priest will say a blessing over all Jeepers and once the blessing is said the jeeps will then pass in front of the priest where he will distribute Holy Water upon the jeeps/jeepers.
The blessing is performed in April to kick off the jeeping season for the year. There is also a pre celebration and after party that goes along with the Blessing. Blessing of the Jeeps is a non profit organization. The event is a fundraiser for the St Thomas Life Teen Youth Group and Batman LBMS Animal Rescue Foundation.
