Join us as we conclude our cleanup season with the 2023 Annual Mississippi Coastal Cleanup event! Each site will have a Site Captain to provide volunteers with all supplies necessary for the cleanup (gloves, buckets, trash bags, data cards, clipboards, etc.).
CLEANUP SITE LOCATIONS:
1. Waveland Beach: Garfield Ladner Pier
2. Bay St. Louis: Washington Street Pier & Boat Launch
3. Pass Christian Harbor
4. Long Beach Harbor
5. Gulfport: Jones Park
6. Gulfport: Ken Combs Pier & Boat Launch
7. Biloxi West Beach Boardwalk
8. Biloxi Lighthouse
9. Ocean Springs: Front Beach @ the harbor end
10. Ocean Springs: East Beach
11. Pascagoula Beach Park & FrontWe highly encourage participants to bring a refillable water bottle and wear closed-toed shoes, bug spray, and sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses).
The event is kid and family-friendly, and we encourage anyone and everyone to join! Registered volunteers will receive a t-shirt and a chance to be entered into a raffle for a kayak and other prizes in appreciation of their hard work.
