Your Ultimate Guide to the Blues Over Biloxi Airshows
On July 21st and 22nd of this month, the world famous Blue Angels will be performing air shows on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and each day promises to be full of action-packed excitement! For those of you who have never seen the Blue Angels, they are the U.S. Navy’s flight demonstration squadron, and their shows are truly a sight to behold. They’ll perform all sorts of acrobatic flight maneuvers and tricks for an estimated 50,000 spectators on each of those two days… FOR FREE!
So before you come see the Blue Angels for yourself, we figured you might have some questions. As we mentioned, admission to each airshow is free all along the Mississippi Gulf Coast beaches. However, event activities will be located at Harrah’s Great Lawn at 195 Beach Blvd. in Biloxi, and if you wish to watch from the VIP area, it costs $30 for adults and $10 for children under 10, beginning at 9 a.m. each of those days. If you're worried about what to eat, fear not, as there will be food trucks parked at the Great Lawn both days!

If you’re really wanting to embrace the #MSCoastLife, though, dozens of boats are expected to be in the designated viewing zones in the Mississippi Sound, as well as anchored at Deer Island for the ultimate viewing experience! You can also hop on one of the bout tours to take you out during the shows! No matter where you watch, you’ll want to bring your own chairs, and definitely some form of ear protection for everyone in your party.
Once the show is over, why not stick around? The Blind Tiger has booked bands for each of those nights, so attendees can enjoy live music while event traffic clears out! For all other information regarding the airshows, click here. Enjoy!
