With over one million dazzling lights decorating Jones Park, the last night of this year’s festival is a great way to send you into 2020 full of holiday spirit.
Experience the works of Walter Anderson like you never have before with the Walter Anderson Museum of Art’s “NYE Unauthorized After Hours Tour.” A $10 ticket gets you an interactive gallery tour complete with flutes of champagne, “spirit animals, new friends and sure-to-be-broken resolutions.”
Get a front-row seat to unforgettable headlining entertainment, as the Molly Ringwalds rock Beau Rivage Resort & Casino and Morris Day and the Time get funky at IP Casino Resort & Spa.
For those with little ones hoping to enjoy the fun festivities on a family-friendly schedule, be sure to stop by “Countdown to Noon 2020” at Lynn Meadows Discover Center! For the price of regular museum admission, families can enjoy a DJ with live music, kid-friendly snacks and New Year’s Eve crafts, and a ball drop with falling confetti at noon. The Mississippi Coast Model Railroad Museum is also hosting a family-friendly Anime Glow Party! Complete with glow sticks and a countdown at 8:30 p.m., attendees of all ages are encouraged to come in their favorite anime costume and celebrate New Year’s Eve in style.

With several specialty four-course menus curated just for New Year’s Eve, what better way to make your final meals of the decade count than by enjoying some of the finest restaurants Coastal Mississippi has to offer?
For $65 a person, an evening in Cora’s Restaurant will conjure an atmosphere of the actual Roaring Twenties – a time when the historic White House Hotel was barely thirty years old! Meanwhile, White Pillars Restaurant will be embracing the Great Gatsby vibes as well, offering live late-night music in the lounge to pair with their delicious farm-to-table cuisine.
One of the newest additions to our coastal culinary scene will be ringing in the new year as well! The Blue Marlin at Centennial Plaza is hosting “A Special New Year’s Eve Dinner,” offering lobster & brie bisque, pork belly, buttermilk panna cotta and more for $65 per person.
