Magnolia, roux & brews will all be features at the 37th Annual Chefs of the Coast Food & Wine Gala on October 20, 2019! This annual event is presented by the Mississippi Coast Restaurant & Beverage Association.
This event, featuring close to 20 restauranteurs and chefs, will take place at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center from 6-8:30 p.m. At the event, expect gourmet food samplings, wine tastings, a beer garden, a food truck corral, a Culinary Gladiator Battle, silent auction, live entertainment and more!
To add to the excitement of the event, 2019 is the inaugural year of the Culinary Gladiator Battle, a cooking competition that will take place during the event with five local chefs spanning the region. Another interesting component includes the high school cooking competition, where the winning school will receive a $1,000 stipend to support their respective culinary program.
This year, there will also be a food truck corral and a local craft beer garden, complete with turf, string lights, and corn hole. Click here to purchase your ticket!
