Budget Travel is asking its readers to vote for your favorite small town in the final round of voting in the 11^th annual Coolest Small Towns in America contest.   Voting is open through June 6 when one town will be crowned coolest. The top 10 towns will be celebrated online and in the upcoming issue of Budget Travel.
