Mississippi Gulf Coast – It’s easy to get passionate about food, especially when living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Eat Y’all, a culinary group comprised of self-proclaimed “eaties,” will be canvassing the region to experience everything from fine dining to dives and corner markets that serve up the very best po-boys, fresh seafood, burgers and more. Then, the team will share their findings on their latest blog, EatMSCoast.com.
“The Coast is primed for a full-out foodie experience. We are ready to tell the story of our incredible food offerings and get everyone's taste buds involved!” said Brooke Goff, Manager of Eat Y’all and EatMSCoast.com.
“As we explore food on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, there is so much variety and rich heritage to share. We are excited to elevate the new flavors, nurture appreciation of the old and savor the richness and simplicity of local cuisine, one plate at a time. We want to bring – front and center – the diverse coastal cuisine of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and share the incredible tales of our local waters, fields, artisans, and chefs,” Goff said.
Andy Chapman, founder and owner of Eat Y’all and EatJackson.com, believes this project will serve as ground zero for establishment of the Mississippi Gulf Coast region as a culinary destination. He said, “We want this site to be a resource for locals and visitors, but more importantly, we envision becoming a hub where journalists and bloggers can explore and discover – and then go share our rich culinary region with the world.”
