The coast of Mississippi on the Gulf of Mexico makes for an ideal ocean escape before summer's end. Historic and quaint Ocean Springs is a small town with plentiful southern live oak trees that are known for its arts and festivals. You'll find more than 200 shops, art galleries, restaurants, and bars to raise a glass to toast the end of summer. The Gulf Hills Hotel & Conference Center, built in 1927, once served as Elvis' home and makes an interesting and fun spot to stay a night or two.
