57th ANNUAL MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST CAMELLIA SHOW

November 21-22

The highlight of this show is table-upon-table of camellia blooms -- thousands on display - a remarkable feat for this time of year! Also highly popular is the sale of hard-to-find camellias on grafted under stock - (Grafted camellias have all but disappeared from the nursery trade, but they are often the only way to obtain prized show-winning varieties!) Other activities include demonstrations on preserving camellia blooms for flower arrangements by waxing; a plant raffle; talks on camellia care; and presentation of “Camellia of the year!”  Held in cooperation with the American Camellia Society!
