January is another busy month on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Start off with New Year's Eve celebrations, room and transportation packages to New Orleans to watch the Crimson Tide play the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Sugar Bowl, enjoy the PCA Rodeo Finals, the Tops of the Hops Beer Fest and end with the beginning of Mardi Gras 2015.

Cruisin' the Coast's classic cars, Beauvoir's Fall Musterand Cemetery Tours give you a glimpse into the Coast's past. There are food festivals such as BBQ World's Experience, Biloxi Seafood Festival, Feast of Flavors, A Taste of Long Beach, Best Gumbo Ever Cooking Class, Biloxi Farmers Market Festival, Chefs of the Coast and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Blues Festival, the Bay Bridgefest and the Inaugural Gulfport Anchor Fest to fill your calendar during September. Water and seafood are featured in many activities along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In June, fishing tournaments like the Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic, entice anglers to enjoy the bounty of our waters. A new sport to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, paddleboarding is growing in popularity and is featured in several activities/events throughout the month. Grand Casino Biloxi is transitioning into Harrah's Gulf Coast and the Golden Nugget has completed a $100 million renovation. Events include The 3rd Annual Stella's Blues & BBQ Festival, the Gulfport Music Fest, Annual Taste of Ocean Springs, the Wooden Boat Show, Annual Pass Christian Historical Society Tour of Homes,the Pass Christian BBQ & Blues Festival, and the Blessing of the Fleet & Fais Do Do. Headliner entertainment include Sara Evans, Good Ol' Boy Tour, Trace Adkins, Hank Williams Jr., Little River Band, and TNA Wrestling.
