Winters are fairly short and mild with occasional cold snaps, but generally short in duration - usually lasting only a few days. Summers are long and hot with high humidity. January's average high & low temperatures are low 60s and low to mid 40s. July's average high & low temperatures are around 90 and mid 70s.The average yearly rainfall is 62 inches, ample rainfall for our vibrant azaleas and other garden flowers. Snowfall is extremely rare.
