Biloxi, MS - Beauvoir, The Jefferson Davis Home and Presidential Library invites Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Pearl River, Stone and George county residents to visit from July 18 to August 28 for a special resident discount. Discount prices are $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for students 6 to 18. Residents need to bring in their Mississippi Driver’s License showing their local address, or a military I.D. and a piece of mail showing their local address. Resident Discount cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts.

Beauvoir invites residents to visit the Jefferson Davis Presidential Library dedicated in 1998, with exhibits on Jefferson Davis and award winning film. The staff and volunteers are also happy to show off Beauvoir House built in 1852, filled with 19th and early 20th century antiques. Beauvoir House was recently awarded the prestigious Save America’s Treasures Grant to finish the final restoration efforts on this National Historic Landmark. Enjoy the quiet summer afternoons among the century old live oaks and flower gardens, and learn about the exciting new plans for the grounds and gardens of Beauvoir.
