Marriage License Regulations
Each of the three counties along the Mississippi Gulf Coast has individual regulations and requirement for obtaining a marriage license. While most of the requirements are similar some have significant differences.
Beginning July 1, 2012, the blood test and three day waiting period for your marriage license in the State of Mississippi will no longer be required. Please click on the link below of the county in which you are planning your wedding for updates and to make sure you fulfill the requirements of that county.
