Soigne by Bacchus be the first chef's table restaurant in Ocean Springs seating 52 diners each night. Each dining session includes a four-course tasting menu with the chef explaining how he created the food as you are served. Also featured will be a raw oyster bar and crudo bar with daily specials. Sunday will feature a New Orleans-style brunch. Open Wednesday-Thursday 4pm to 10pm Friday 4pm to 11pm, Saturday 10am to 11pm, Sunday 10am to 2pm.
