Preserve Golf Club, The

The Preserve Golf Club is eighteen holes of “pure golf” designed by U.S. Open champion and award winning golf course designer Jerry Pate. The course encompasses 245 pristine acres, surrounded by an additional 1800 acres of dedicated nature preserve.  The native surroundings of pitcher plant bogs, cypress swamps, long leaf pine savannah, live oak groves and native grass prairies have been integrated into the design of the 18-hole, par-71 layout. The Preserve offers five sets of tees, unprecedented course condition and superior guest service.  The Preserve offers a full service practice facility, bar & restaurant on site, Group and corporate outings, P.G.A. instruction, rental clubs and is affiliated with The Palace Casino Resort.

The Preserve Golf Club recently unveiled their new GPS Visage system on all golf carts.  This is a full-featured mobile golf information system that allows golfers to listen to an expert’s hole by hole description of the course with tips on how to play before teeing off.   It delivers precise distance measurements, shot by shot assistance, familiar touch screen technology, available golf hole flyovers, navigation, an instant contact with our pro shop.  After your round of golf, Visage can email your scorecard for your records to help keep you on your game.  Once you play at the Preserve with the assistance of our GPS Visage system, you will never want to play without it!
