Bacchus Food & Drink - "The Original Cajun Steakhouse" specializes in awesome appetizers, we call them "Dimanche Gras" enjoy Salmon Tarts (grilled pita chips topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomatoes, onions & capers), and Bacchus's Booty (a combination of multiple types of sausage & boudoin grilled and served with our famous mustard combination)...just to name a few! Then of course, "Lundi Gras" - our soups & salads, "Fat Tuesday" - scrumptious sandwiches, and the biggest - "Mardi Gras" exceptional entrées, steaks, chicken, pasta, and pork, veal & lamb chops! In addition, don't forget "Lagniappe" - our sides, and "Mercredi Gras" meaning the day after Mardi Gras - DESSERT!   Not only GREAT food, but also the atmosphere - housed in a historic downtown building - (circa 1903) - you will feel the "party" immediately! Offering a Mardi Gras theme with Bacchus Memorabilia and floats hanging from everywhere!
