Crooked Feather is a thirty-foot sculpture depicting Ocean Springs original colony of the American Indian carved from a cypress log 5-feet wide by 11-feet high. Carved by Thomas King, a local sculpture in 1999, this sculpture replaces the original sculpture created in the 1940's by Hungarian artist Peter Toth! Stop and look at this famous sculpture! Crooked feather stands tall even today - surviving Hurricane Katrina!
