Called by jazz guitar master George Benson “one of the greatest guitarists I’ve ever seen in my life,” thirty-six-year old Brazilian Diego Figueiredo is considered one of the most exciting guitar players today. He is winner of several important competitions including the Montreux Jazz Competition (twice) and the VISA Prize. Diego’s touring is intense and international in scope; he has already played in more than fifty countries. His music is a fusion of jazz, classical, bossa nova and other Brazilian musical styles.
