Mississippi's Gulf Coast Museums, Libraries and Collections

Mississippi's Gulf Coast boasts an array of museums, libraries and collections. Visit NASA’s John C. Stennis Space Center, and the StenniSphere, the award-winning visitor center at Stennis with 14,000 square feet of informative displays and exhibits. Or drop by the Alice Moseley Folk Art and Antique Museum, dedicated to the memory of nationally acclaimed Folk Artist, Alice Moseley. This museum features 40 Alice Moseley originals with antiques consisting of art glass and pottery, majolica and a wide variety of Americana. You can take the kids to the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, one of the USA's top 50 children's museums. Children can communicate with robots, snoop through a cluttered attic, shop in a local market, produce a news show, operate a crane and explore the treehouses.

The Gulf Coast offers much more for the explorer at heart. Click below and see more of what we have to offer!
